ICCRC ICCRC is the regulator of Immigration Consultants in Canada. It is designated by the Government of Canada as the sole authorized body governing the profession. In Quebec, in addition to being ICCRC members, practitioners have to be members of the Register Quebecois des Consultants en Immigration (RQCI).

Regardless of the immigration consultant you may choose to work with, it is very important for you to make sure that your representative is a member of this professional organization.
